Click it Up a Notch: 10 Ways to Focus on Faces in Vacation Photos

We started traveling when our eldest was 11 days old: our first six week road trip with her. Now she’s ten, and travel continues to play a big part of our lives, every year. We spent one entire year traveling abroad together as a family.

As a photographer, I find photographing on vacation a whole different ballgame. I have to tell myself to do things that come naturally on a regular shoot. In any weather, mood, or remote locale, it’s possible to come home with great memories and great photos.
